It's a start of a fresh new year and we've put up performances to attract people to join our big Nanyang Family! ^-^
First song is Hoot (SNSD), followed by Can't Nobody (2NE1), then Hello (SHINee) and finally Beautiful (B2ST)!
Through this performance we hope to draw attention to people who are stuck between choosing NYJC and another school!
Also, we'll perform it again in the SIG Bazaar~ Please look forward to our the next performances! ^-^

This is a video of our Teachers' Day Performance! We've put in time and cut down members to make the practice easier as it is easier to coordinate with lesser people!
Before teachers entered our lives, it was all about ourselves. Selfish thoughts and all. We couldn't care about anything other than ourselves. This is why the first song of our skit was I MY ME MINE by 4Minute.
After that, when Joan (Me~) heard the sounds of heels, she realised that the teacher was about to come! Run devil Run was our 2nd song, sung by Girls' Generation.
The teacher asked us all to sit down and start work. But without guidance at first, not a lot knew how to do the questions (Except for brainy girl Annie). The teacher then asked the students to "Follow Me". This is followed by Bo Beep Bo beep by T-ara.
Through the teacher's guidance, we understood the concepts well! And we knew how to do the questions. After the bell rang, the students had a short conversation, after realising the teacher's importance in their education. The students realised too that this teacher is truly like "No Other" (By Super Junior).
That concludes the storyline for our skit! ^^

Thank you to everyone who put in a lot of effort to learn this dance! I know for those of you who have watched, it isn't that nice! But I hope all of us can learn from this performance and improve our future performances!
Special thanks to everyone who is a part of the KORZY family! Thanks to Yinlin for racking her brains and coming up with the formations! Also to all dancers thank you very much for consistently turning up and practising!
Special thanks to Geraldine and her friends ( Chen Yan, Si Hui if I'm not wrong!) for sportingly volunteering a fanchant! But we decided not to in the end, but still, we all felt your support!! Thank you! ;D
From this debut performance onwards we'll work hard to practise the dance steps in the future to allow all beloved NYJCians to enjoy KPOP and hopefully everyone can feel the KPOP craze in NYJC!

First formation before SHOCK : Left to right , in a zigzag arrangement
For those who have no inkling of what KORZY is, it stands for Korean + Cozy /Crazy (depending on how you interpret it!)
We are the first ever Korean Cultural Club or more popularly known as KPOP club in Nanyang Junior College, Singapore.
This SIG (Student Initiated Group) is started by Charmaine Chu (1008), Teo Kailing (1008) and Joan Tan (1006). Our president is Charmaine Chu (1008), and the vice presidents are Kailing and Joan (1008 and 1006 respectively).
We'll update you guys after we have selected the heads of committees with their names!
We've had 1 meeting with most of the members (Well, at that point of the time, because after that more people continued to join our family!)
We're currently taking on a 5 minute long performance on 22th July 2010 at Nanyang Junior College Hall. We've decided to do Shock, Wedding Dress and NU ABO.
Meetings in general will resume after we have completed the performance as most of the time spent now will be on practising and bring our audiences a good performance.
Meanwhile, keep your screens on this website as videos, pictures and etc will be posted soon, and more changes will come to this site.
